How do I create user segments?

To create user segments, you need to:

1. Click into the “Users” tab,
2. Select to the Segments page:
   
   
   
3. In the upper right hand corner click the button to create a “New Segment” of the users for your bots.
4. You can use segments to group users based on different aspects of their profile, including geography, user properties, goals completed, and more.

5. Once you've created a segment, you can set a bot to launch specifically for just that segment by navigating to the Triggers page of your bot and selecting the correct segment:
