Bot Management page

The Bot Management page is where you control and edit all of your bots.

To access the Bot Management page, click "Bot Management" in the left side-panel:

There are two main panels in the bot management page:

• 1. Published Bots - These bots are currently live on your site and will launch according to the URL trigger that it's set to
• 2. Bots Still in Draft - These bots are in draft mode - they are not live on your site

From the Bot Management page, you can:

• 1. Create a new bot, either from a blank bot, or start from an existing template

• 2. See quick details for each published bot (eg: URL trigger, segment it is targeted to)

• 3. Administrative functions:
  • a. Deactivate (or activate) the bot
  • b. See detailed conversation transcripts for this bot
  • c. Configure alerts
  • d. Duplicate and make a copy of this bot
  • e. Get the URL for the hosted microsite of this bot
  • f. Delete the bot

• 4. Edit the bot, or view analytics for that bot
