A multiple choice node asks the user to select a button from a list of predefined options. Multiple choice options are configured when building the bot, and the user must choose one of the available options to continue down the bot path.

An example of a multiple choice node might say: “What season are you looking to travel in?” with button options including: Summer, Fall, Winter, Spring.
You can also toggle the "Limit user to selecting only 1 button" setting to allows users to choose more than one option.
