Conversations

Conversations is where you can find all current and historical bot conversation activity

Conversations page overview:

a. Active conversations - this indicates the number of active conversations currently ongoing

b. Filters - filter by engagement status (no-reply, engaged, all), and the specific bot

c. Quick filters:

   - Viewing Bots - only show the conversations where visitors are actively engaging with a bot currently

   - Live Chatting - only show the conversations where someone on your team is live-chatting with a visitor

d. List of conversations

e. Bot - the specific bot that this visitor is engaging with

f. Page - the specific URL that this visitor is engaging with a bot on

g. User profile - an abbreviated profile of everything Instabot knows about this visitor

Live-Chat

If you're subscribed to the Standard plan or above, you will see a "Takeover" button on the conversations page where you can initiate live-chat with any active conversation!

You may also notice some badge indicators on the list of conversations:

- Blue badge - this is a conversation where you are currently live-chatting with

- Avatar badge - this is a conversation where a different agent is currently live-chatting with a visitor
